Since you are unable to change the oil yourself, I recommend an oil that can serve you for 10,000 miles safely. Amsoil Signature Series 5w30 or 0w30. 5w30 will be a better choice though. Signature Series has ZERO approvals. Sorry I couldn't resist correcting you. But that doesn't make it a lesser oil.

16 iron is unacceptable for 2k miles on a 19k truck. I have seen much better results right on this forum, as low as 7 iron on 2k mile run. I'd switch ro another oil if I were you. Try Amsoil SS 0w30 next or Redline 5w30
