i ended up buying mobil1 0w30 at walmart
the one that was in the picture
theres so many diferent opinions about it lol im not better off when i started
i ran zero W in about 4 d series motors
5built b series all motor
j35 at the moment
all with great results
b series high comp was torn down after 10k of every day smashing through gears to and from work and many lean runs while i was learning to street tune
was as clean as when i put it together...
its stock
k23turbo. check my other post about running 0w30 on d series with rod knock
i know the 0w30 will benefit during startup i just dont know if it will hold up during more agressive driving
i dont understand alot of the technical details that everyone posted
but i do understand one...
then theres another thing i see on forums is that true?

The issue with some off the shelf 0W30's is that they're designed more for energy conservation at any temp. So they'll likely be on the "light" side of 30 when warmed up.
5W30 is kind of the same way. They're all usually designed...
i have read some posts here and seems like theres one guy that actually tested the 0w30 in his s2000
and if i go on any other forum and ask people look at me funny like i asked a forbidden question... OEM FTW BRUH. honda knows better. if honda blah blah etc... no real answers.
so far ive seen...

it has reduction gears...

its a sealed enclosure with an arm switch
seals leak water gets in switch burns>>...

I don't have any local store that sells redline grease.
ok can you give me a basic breakdown of what type of grease is made for what purpose. if there was one grease that works best for every application then why have 20 different options for grease?
or is ok to use dielectric grease to pack...
