    Mastercraft/Walmart Issues

Sounds like bad luck or a bad run of a specific model of tire. I've bought from Wally World for my old Honda and the tires were great and super cheap too. Not Chinese, and made in the USA.

    Lexus Sealed Transmission

Wow, what a ridiculous way to design that measuring procedure.

Record Surge in Past-Due Student Loans Adds to US Debt Burden

I've been around more than a little while, I was old enough to remember the medial profession back in the 70s as a child and see it today....Things are much worse, as is the greed.

Record Surge in Past-Due Student Loans Adds to US Debt Burden

While I don't always believe that Doctors were untrustworthy (maybe up until the 1970s most were) but today I don't trust any of them...it's all about the last red cent they can squeeze out of a patient desperate to find a solution to their health issues.

    Dealer Parts Dept. Rant

From a consumer standpoint most people are done with dealerships in every way except being forced to buy the new car from them by law, and having to accept their equally painful and carppy warranty services (eg fix one thing break another, on purpose?)

Harley Davidson Names Topgolf’s Artie Stars as New CEO

I'd say for Harley the writing in on the wall. I give them about 5-6 years before they file for bankruptcy. The current CEO Jochen Zeitz who is German, did them no favors with the things he has done recently. (I don't think we are allowed to speak about them on this forum, but if you are a...

    Complaint about aftermarket parts

Yep, I will say that the availability varies by country, but even in their US stores you'll find a decent selection of all wood pieces that are very nice for the money. You don't find too many places that offer contemporary/country Scandinavian furniture in the USA anymore. I'm not a fan of the...

    Complaint about aftermarket parts

You do realize that IKEA also offers higher quality all wood furniture at a modest increase in price? Those pieces are very nice generally too for the small bit of extra money.

Spark plugs from RA ‐‐ aka the lesson I never learn

Depends on the specific location...some are repair outlets only some are a combination of repair shops and parts stores just like they always were.

Spark plugs from RA ‐‐ aka the lesson I never learn

They are still around. Mostly the Northeast, Mid Atlantic and Southeast.

Buy a meal at a fast food pay for tap water

Not so in my case. As I said my memory is excellent and photographic too. Remember this. The field of "psychology" is an art, not a science.

Buy a meal at a fast food pay for tap water

I'm just remember how people were in those areas during the 70s, and it was all ages, I'm sure there were problems, but no way were things as ugly as they are today. I'm getting older but my memory is excellent.

Buy a meal at a fast food pay for tap water

Unfortunately that kind of situation is getting more and more rare in the USA as each day goes by. But I remember as a child in the 1970s in the mid west right outside of big city chicago, in the west/northwest suburbs Buffalo Grove, Dundee, Wheeling, ect that while people didn't always know...

Buy a meal at a fast food pay for tap water

You just wouldn't see that if you go back to the mid 80s and prior. I'm sure there were a rare few but in general it just did not happen. Common decency has been gone in the USA for many decades now.

Buy a meal at a fast food pay for tap water

It used to be about "Customer Service", now it is just about greed.
