I would like to know if its a good as the Toyota TGMO 0W20 as that is the best oil at the best price that I am aware of.
And in looking at the UOA in the link above I don't see a Cst at 40c so its not possible to determine the VI or am I wrong ?
Hi I was at a GM Dealer and I was talking to the parts person and he told me that their new ACDelco 0w20 Dexos 1 Gen 2 is a full synthetic oil now. I have been looking for specs on the oil and I can't seem to find much. He also mentioned that its made by Exon Mobil. It was only $6 Canadian per...

The only place I can find Magnatec around here is at Napa you...
My believe is a 0W20 Oil of any brand is always better than a 5W20 Oil since a 0W20 has to be synthetic,
I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and I would like to use a 0W20 specifically TGMO however I am concerned that it might void my warrenty.
I looked and I didn't see any other subjects like this...
I tried it and had high hopes but I wouldn't buy it again, I thought it would
help quiet my engine but it didn't make any difference. I had good results with their Transmission Additive but not with the engine one. I think they should just stick to what they are good at Transmissions. They are...
I am not saying the wear number are bad just that I don't know much about the 7.3 Powerstroke are those number good for a 7.3 Powerstroke have they improved with the MOS2 that is try I was trying to ask.
I didn't realise that the mPAOs where that thick so I see what you mean they could only be used in place of polymer thickers. I also didn't know that Chevron Phillips also makes an mPAO it has a lower Pour Point that the EOM mPAO but its a very thick oil as well. Chevron Phillips mPAO
I looked at the UOA and the Iron wear levels seem high compared to many cars I have seen is that normal for a 7.3 Powerstroke ? Have you notice any mpg improvement with the mos2 ?
Yes I know that not all companies would want to say who / how they get their base oils but I would think that companies using mPAO would want to use it as a selling feature. The Joe Gibbs Driven Synthetic Oils ( not sure if all of them us it ) mention the mPAO is their base oil, the problem with...
I was just wondering what Oils are using the newer mPAO made by ExxonMobil mPAO
I was reading that Joe Gibb Driven Oils Driven Oils use the mPAO base oils but they are very expensive does anyone know of any other oils that might be using the mPAO base oils ?
Hi thanks for the updates, I sent an email to GETG about why they don't have a 0W Oil in their BIO Based Synthetic Oils and they said they are working on it but that its challenging to produce a 0W Oil with the BIO Base Oil they are using.
