A down draft can make it go out. Most heaters in last 15 years have a thermopile not a thermocouple. Same concept but different operation. Re light it and see if it holds!

I replaced the sway bar links on the front and the clunking went away. The are the ball joint type sway bar links. Just the littlest of play and clunk!
Not that I know of! I maintain a fleet of series 60's, ism's, isx's and dt466e's. When I get a report back i always cringe until I verify no antifreeze in oil. Then i look how much metal! I didn't mean To alarm you!
