    New Super Tech Oil

When did the price increase to $17.12/17.22 for regular ST synthetic and $18.84/18.98/19.00 for ST advanced synthetic?

    06 Infiniti M45 (VK45DE) oil suggestions

My M45 was always 6 qts. even with a new filter. My oil consumption didn't change with any 5w30 synthetic or what I settled on during my 3 year ownership (Castrol 0w40)... it was always about a qt. every 1250 miles.

New to me, 2017 Mazda 6 2.5L oil choice

Same color as my dad's 2014 6. He loves it. No oil leaks or consumption that I know of. He sticks with 0w20, but any 0w20, 5w20 or 5w30 will treat these 2.5 engines just fine.

    Toyo Observe GSi-6

Anyone rolling on these in USA or Canada? Looks to be a fair price at about $106 USD each in 225/55/17 (prefer to upsize from 215/55/17 on my Lexus ES) Something else kind of odd is load rating... 215/55/17 is 98H 225/55/17 is 97H

    2015 Lexus ES350 - Castrol 0w/30 6000 miles

Nice UOA. I just purchased a '17 ES350 and love it so far. I did plan to run some 0w20 for 5k or less, but now I may reconsider. I do realize these 2GR-FE engines were originally spec'd for 5w30 in the late 2000s, early 2010s.

    Kumho Majesty 9 Solus TA91 : Better than the RT43 ?

I like the potential of this tire! Strong review from Tire Rack and priced well in my size 245/40/19 ($130 each plus current $50 rebate on 4). If I keep my M45 long enough, this could be my next tire.

    Thank you summer tires...

I was hesitating swapping off our winter tires (both vehicles) as well down here in the Milwaukee area. Last Sunday's 10 day forecast looked clear even though we have gotten dumped on with snow the past TWO APRILS! The current 10 day forecast looks clear as well.... :fingers crossed:

0W 20 in place of 5W 30 in First Gen CRV?

Save some money and not use M1 for the CR-V! If it consumes oil now, find the cheapest 5w30 you can find. I remember running Schaeffers 15w40 for a few OCIs in my 98 CR-V back 10 years ago.

Who is Good for Batteries Nows?

I had to go with a Wal-Mart battery for my M45 earlier this year to get the CCA specifications the car required. Plus, a nationwide warranty network made it a no brainer. $93.76 for a 24F battery with 750 CCA was the cheapest around anyway, so win-win.

    Mobil 1 0W-40, 2000 Mercedes E55 AMG 4000 Miles

Try Castrol 0w40. Very good price now at W-M and Amazon at $20.97 for 5 qts.

    Valvoline Advanced 0w40

Sample taken from 5 qt. jug with code I1318F5 (mfg. date 9-13-18 correct?) recently purchased from Walmart.com during their $17.47 each sale on June 2. I am currently using this oil in my Infiniti M45. COMMENTS: AARON: There's nothing unexpected in this virgin sample of Valvoline Advanced...
