    Compressor Oil

I've read various postings in many locations but they are not current in oil recommendations because non-detergent multi grade oils for cold environments are not to be found. It's in the mid 40s (F) out here (and headed down) and the compressor pops it's circuit breaker trying to start it. I...

    Sea Foam?

I seem to disagree with the nay sayers. Whenever I have spring startup or running issues in vehicles and equipment a shot of Seafoam in the gas, a few cranks to get it in the carb than an overnight wait for action and problems are all gone. And for cost, how much does a carb removal and cleaning...

I'm comfortable with this: Brad Penn's "Classic" 80W-90 GL-4 gear oil.

    Dino or Synthetic in Differentials

Chevy specs synthetics for our truck based Tahoe, but they are quite specific about using their special lube.

    cleaning stainless bowls

Not that costly to replace. We seem to have a pile of them floating around here, and some even reside outside. Our's don't seem to accumulate deposits though. There are different grades of stainless and not all of it resists rust and deterioration. If a magnet sticks to it, it's not the good...
