Thats alot of Calcium!! I have their oil in one of my cars, but I haven't done a VOA yet. I will probably do a VOA/UOA at the same time.

LMAO. What do you do with that stuff? Just add it to your oil when it's time for an oil change instead of changing it? LOL.

Seems like a good TBN booster for those that like pushing their oil as far as possible and some.

When you consider that both labs have their own calibration and accuracy levels, differences are expected. This is why trending UOAs is important.

I ran a OCI with old Havoline 10W-30 conventional with BG MOA during last winter and got AWESOME results.

Now onto Amsoil and an EaO filter.

just my opinion of course...lubecontrol is good have to admit but i really like whats in the bg moa additive package adn its a very strong anti-oxidant..i really like the high tbn of this product

One things I noticed is the large disparity between the labs. Is the lab on the left, by chance, Blackstone?

Actually Lab2 is Blackstone and Lab1 is Analyst Inc.

Thanks,

Nope by cheapest oil with no add package and add BG MOA

If you do that (presumably SA oil) your zinc and phosphorus levels will drop to a few hundred and you likely will risk damaging your engine. Not much moly in this stuff either. Mainly calcium.

Sorry to bump such an old thread but I couldn't find much on this stuff. Will the stuff help a decent synthetic oil resist break down due to fuel dilution.
