Thanks to you guys at BITOG, I'm stocking up on way too much stuff. Visted a couple of Pep Boys to get VSOT, found the Valvoline Synpower Oil Treatment at a couple, then at the last one found this behind the last bottle of VSOT:

VPSOT (Valvoline Professional Synthetic Oil Treatment)
The Label says (c) 2004, so I'm guessing this is a newer version as the VSOT says (c)1999



Did I come across the old stuff or the new stuff?

it has a similar part code VP066 for the VPSOT, 066 for VSOT
As you can see, neither looks like the bottle on the website.

If it is "Professional" then it must be better , the lady at the store didn't want to sell it to me at first because she said "It says for professional use only, it must be for our shop and we can't sell professional products over the counter"

Its new stuff. Valvoline has a full range of stuff sold to mechanics and garages. I'm surprised that you actually found it on the shelf.

Actually, at my Peppies the old titanium colored bottles were all stuck in back of those new charcoal colored containers.
