Redline and Motul make group 5 oils. And possibly the german castrol. Group 5 are an ester based synthetic oil.

What we don't think about and most af our flight proficient posters know is Mobil oil makes a whole bunch of oil for turbine engines "jet" and that oil is a polyolester or group5 ,not on the topic but mobil knows oil if they want to.

Amsoil Series 3000 5w30 HDD has a heavy dose of group V as well. Both the AME 15w40 and the HDD are a blend of PAO group IV and Esters V. I think that most of the high end synthetics have to have a blend of each as they have slightly different seal characteristcs. One swells while the other shrinks.

Most synthetic motor oils, whether their base is group III or IV, use some group V in their formulation for the benefits they add.
A straight group V motor oil would not be desirable.
Some of the group V's are exellent for compressing natural gas or propane because they don't mix with petroleum.
Others are used for additives
some make good gear oils
Depend on your proposed use

Motul 300v range
Motul 8100 E-Tech 0w-40
Castrol SLX 0w-30
Redline range
Mobil1 0w-40 and Delvac1 5w-40
Fuchs GT1 0w-20
All these are Group 5 Ester base oils.
motul 300v is 100% Group 5 the rest PAO/Ester.
