As posted at the top, lacking any information to contrary, (ie., a specific msds/pdf stating contains no 2eha) the O'R brown jug is a typical universal containing 2eha. It would be much like Wally Super Tech or other store branded universal, a DexClone. Also correct about O'R branded Dexcool in the Silver jug.

If one want's PGL, you have to buy a jug labeled Peak Global Lifetime. Like AF color as O'R universal shows, the color and design of the jug is also not a reliable indicator what AF is in the jug.
 
I had considered if this was a PEAK International duplicate. It refers to that it is Phosphate and Silicate 100 % free but doesn't discuss anything about 2-EHA.
