The OP's 5W20 oil is a GF-4 that appears similar in formulation to a U.S. Mobil Super 5000 GF-5 SN 5W30, so perhaps they're closely equivalent. The U.S. version tests at 7.3 TBN and somewhat less zinc, moly, and phosphorus.

I've always suspected that our Super 1000 and 2000 are similar to the M5k in the US, but never have seen it confirmed.

I know it's not a big difference, but I'm suprised it is so thin, not closer to 9.0-9.2 cst. I guess they figure their 'seal-swelling additives' will take care of all consumption.
 
Thanks Skooba for this VOA: I think for this winters oil change in my our 08 5.4L 3V I'm going to change to PYB 5W-20 and 2qts of PU 5W-20...
