A lot of those places do not sell retail. That is a pretty bogus list

No, it doesn't come out to a great deal due to high amazon price (about $5.60 qt. after rebates for my viscosity)

If you're lazy and like things sent to your home though, the $12 per case plus $5 Mobil 1 Rewards, brings it down to a halfway normal price. These Mobil 1 Rebates and the Mobil Rewards rebates are processed pretty quickly.

I do them every fall.

Strange rebate

Kind of a bogus MIR offer.
The last MIR for M1 that I can recall that allowed for purchases from both Walmart and the national auto chains was in the summer of 2009.
The rebate form could be printed off the M1 site.
You got $10.00 back on five quarts or a jug, limit two rebates per person.
I bought two jugs of 0W-30 AFE from Walmart for $22.00 each, so after MIR, that was a good price for AFE.
I find it hard to believe that Walmart isn't insisting that the offer be extended to them. After all, Walmart can always squeeze XOM on product facings.

Does it say anywhere what the conditions are on the NAPA rebate. I cannot find anything and it says some conditions apply. Napa is the only store available to me on that list.

No love for my 0w40 at WalMart.

Not even Kmart is listed. We who vist the Kmarts, know how high the everyday price of M1 is at Kmart.
