crazyoildude Registered: 07/23/08 Posts: 3940 Loc: new jersey	I was talking to a friend who just serviced his 2012 Hyundai suv and he said the Hyundai service adviser told him they use synthetic oil in all the 2012 3.5 v6 engines. I was not aware of this... Maybe it was another dealer game i dont know. I know my 2011 awd v6 3.5 santa fe s use conventional 5w20 anyone see this in their owners manuel?

However my understanding from posts here 0w20 is always "synthetic" (correct me if I'm wrong).
