Did not see any sort of labeling denoting if they are East Penn, Johnson Controls, or Exide making em. Wrote em an email but I havent heard back from em in several days. Anyone know by chance?

In our area, they are made by East Penn manufacturing.

Good. I noticed they are cheaper than the East Penn made O Reilly Batteries by a decent chunk with comparable warranty and output.

If you're out for the longest warranty, Arnolds and NAPA offer better, but NAPA's tend to be more $$$ than a comparable unit from Arnolds.

Actually Napa is cheaper than O Reillys by a few bucks in my town for my battery.
