Does anyone know if Cenex gas is a quality fuel and who makes it for them. I try and run top tier when I can, but don't know much about Cenex and their additives.

With rare exceptions, gas is gas.

Until the gasoline reaches the tanker it is a generic product. The individual additives that differentiate fuel brands are added at the rack as tankers load. If the gas is intended for a "generic" retailer a default add pack is used.
