Can anyone post a scan of the oil viscosities recommended for the 2010 Grand Vitara with these engines?

2.0L J20A 135 hp 16v I4
2.4L VVT J24B 16v 169 hp l4

I'm pretty sure they'd both be 5W-30....don't think Suzuki has gone to 20-weight yet.

In your climate, 10W-30 would probably be perfectly fine.

You don't have an owners manual? Or you can go to the dealership and ask for a photo-copy of the technical service manual that all dealerships have that shows the weight recommendations versus ambient temperature.

The 2.0L is 5W30.

I just traded in my 2000 Vitara last month. Engine was still running great, the body on the other hand......
