A long time ago they were made by Purolator, then they were made by Fram for a while. I thick they are made by Purolator again, but I'm not sure.

They now appear to be made by Purolator. On their website they look much like the Puro 'Classic'. http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1568975&page=1

fyi, this should be on the oil filter board. Cheers2

Made by Purolator. They have recently downsized a lot of their filters, but I cut some open a few weeks ago, and it still had more media than a larger sized Fram.
About a month ago, Menards had most QS sizes on sale for $1.99 each.
