how is everyone getting around the limit of "one per household, name, address" rule? I would still need to put my name on it to cash the rebate check right? I could easily have them sent to friends and family, but what about the name?

Why would you even mess around with a rebate. Most of the time you never ever get them.

I have never done this, but several people have said they received 2 or 3 but are waiting on another one---SO THEY are the ones doing it. Don't attack me when I haven't done it. Check the threads regarding M1 and WM gift card. Obviously people on HERE have done this if they received one while another is still processing....also, several people said their family members are getting tired of receiving their rebates//// WHERE ARE THE MORAL POLICE THEN?

Since joining this forum, I have only participated in 2 rebates: the M1 which just came the other day, and the WM gift card which has not come yet. My question was more about how are people doing it when I would thing that a name or address repeat would flag it in a computer system.----obviously not since members here are sending them to family members/and or waiting on multiple rebates at the same time---but it is ok and I am low-life scum. That probably comes from the traditional sanctimonious idiots seen every day attacking others to feel better about themselves.

The only "legal" way is to have family members fill the rebate and use their addresses. Sometimes you may end up paying the full price for the oil and not get any rebate as someone mentioned early. Some will make you jump through hoops to get a $5 rebate.

Thats why you have a physical address, and a PO box.

I dont see anything wrong with multiple rebates..

I buy 3 PP 5qt bottles. send one rebate to me and one to each 82 year old grandma.. I then change their oil(with the pp) and they give me 20$ for the PP and filter and pocket the rebate.

All I am doing is saving my 82 year old grandma from driving to walmart and filling out a rebate.

It says "NO PO Boxes" on the form.

You could get together with another member from this site in a different state and send your rebate to his address and he would send his rebate to your house, then you put the rebates in an envelope and mail them to each other. It would cost an extra stamp and envelope, but you could get $14.50 from the rebate.

I agree with you. If you have family or friends that are willing to let you use their name/address for the rebate, then that's between you and them. It's also built into the promotion. The promoters know this is a possiblity, and what's the difference whether you or your relatives or friends use the promotion and the product. The product is still promoted.

So don't worry about the holier than thou, go for it.
