2006 Mazda 6i 5spd ATX. The local place had a good special that I couldn't pass up. It is too early to draw any conclusions or observations. I have only driven it home a couple blocks and then checked the ATF level.
That brings me to my question. Is Maxlife ATF really light colored like a pink on a white paper towel? I was expecting fresh ATF to look more red. I think my M5 ATF (OEM) was much more red.

i use it in my 02 ranger no problems, it is a light pink and not red like most.

Mercon V is NOT spec'd for this ATX and has TSBs issued acknowledging problems will be had if using MerconV with this transmission.
