Valvoline makes it. I contacted Valvoline and they sent me the specs. It is virtually the same oil as Synpower. I use Napa Syn in my F150 and love it. Runs very smooth.

may be but the specs looked really close. Very, very high viscosity. index, 170! Makes all my vehicles run smooth with great mileage.
