Wix, Purolator or SuperTech?

Been a while since I've cut oil filters open... and now I have my cartridge 6.0 Diesel filter; been lazy lately. So has anything changed in the past 1-2yrs? I'm usually a Wix or purolator guy. But Purolators at Advance have gone thru the roof expensive, more than a wix IIRC. So I've been using wix lately. What about the SuperTechs? I never cut one open, how do they compare? Priced?

Are their any brands that make a synthetic media filter for your 6.0?

Not worried about my 6.0... I use OEM Motorcraft/Racor filters. I'm asking b/c of the 2.3L suzki we have as a daily driver and put a lot of miles on. I think Amsoil is the only filter out there with syn media for the 6.0, I used it 1x and will pass... totally different design, shape and fit. OEM here.
