NAPA branded full synthetic motor oil is the "Mikey's Special" for February at NAPA stores. $2.55 / qt.

Decent price. I paid about that 4 years ago on a similar special. I like that the NAPA synthetic comes in 15w50, a good weight to use for thickening.

Still better off with the Advance Auto BOGOF Synpower deal. The 20w50 Synpower MSDS shows it's PAO, a great thickener. All the Synpower would likely be better than the NAPA Synthetic.

That's their monthly unadvertised special in the stores. It's not in the flyer.

I picked up a case of this today in 10w-30. I hope to use it in my next OCI then do a UOA after 5K. The counter person at NAPA said it is made by Valvoline, but I could not find an MSDS for it on the NAPA website. The UOA should be interesting, hope to have it this fall.

A slighly diluted additives version of Valvoline Synthetic. Advanced Auto Parts is still selling the Valvoline Synthetic at a deal... (buy one-get one free)

I just bought 2 cases of the 10/30, i plan on going back and getting a case of 15/50, so far its the best $2.55 per quart Ive spent for synthetic.
