2001 Honda Accord V6 3.0L EX Auto
Oil: Castrol GTX 10W30
Filter: Purolator PureOne PL14459

Oil Analyzers was the lab used.

This sample had 6 months of time on the oil, 2,515 miles. No makeup oil was added. I'm looking to go to 1 year OCI with this oil/filter combo. What do you guys think? Vehicle sees very few miles.

Used oil is not wasted. It is recycled, unless the home mechanic dumps it on the burn pile or down the drain....

Well, the bad news is that some how my third sample from the 2002 Supercharged 4Runner seems to have been lost. I got oil all over the UPS label and trashed it, and OAI for some crazy reason does not correlate the UPS shipping label they send you with the order that was placed, so they can't find it either.

This was an important sample for me as the vehicle saw lots of tuning and dyno time. It would have been nice to see how it held up under those more strenuous conditions.
