Should I be concerned?

I'd do a UOA first because the car has had a lot of unfiltered air running through it. The TB probably needs to be inspected and cleaned.

DON'T change the oil until you get collect an oil sample!

They work - under dash, under seats, trunk, under hood, etc. Don't use on leather or plastic - fabric OK.

Rodents, spiders, snakes, other critters hate them.

Not really. I thought that, until I had to clean up mouse nests made of shredded Bounce sheets.

Well documneted to work. They are dirt cheap. Use lots and change monthly. How long did you go?

Month and a half or so.

When a mouse chewed the filter on my dad's 1992 Nissan Sentra, it also chewed through coolant hoses.

Look for anything a mouse could wrap its mouth around, and check for damage.

I just checked the cabin air filter. It's the original at 2,5 years. The car is sitting for the winter and it appears a mouse had built a nest in it.
