Hello everyone,

This is getting pretty boring. Here is UOA number 11 on my 2006 Tundra Limited 4WD Double-Cab. I plan to take this same fill all the way to 10K miles, using the Mobil 1 M1-209 filter. After that, I plan to try a Pure One filter, comparing the particle counts to the others.

Not sure what caused the spike in Silicon on the previous UOA. I did not do anything after seeing the number - I didn't touch the air filter at all. In fact, I try not to touch anything, even the oil filler cap, during an interval, although I do check my oil once or twice.

After I try the Pure One filter, I am considering trying Amsoil SSO.

Vis and TBN holds up well with this oil. I'm at 10,2000 on my presant run with the 5-30EP. Will change it out at about 11,000.
10,000 miles shouldn't be a problem.

Advance Auto has a sale for 5 quarts of Mobil 1 EP and a Mobil 1 EP filter for $30.
