Nice results. RD20/ASM look very similar in makeup. Tbn is much lower, but not bad. Oxidation is also low compared to the VOA of 38 for both oils.

Yeah 10.6 I highly doubt is accurate. It's starts at 12.1.

Was the ASM tested before OAI went to Polaris labs?

ASM VOA I ran after the move came back at 9.8. I've noticed a trend since the move toward lower TBN numbers.

Is it me or is the Copper high in the XLM 5W20? Go easy on me, UOA interpretation is not one of my strong points. It is 3 times higher than the other copper #'s.

No problem, that UOA was the first oil change at 5K or so. Break-in metal Honda V6.

I forgot to mention, they flagged the TBN as moderately low (yellow 2), and the fuel as minor high (funky green 1)

The oil in this OCI is: Amsoil RD20 5W-20 Racing OIl It's not a long drain oil. I think the TBN starts at around 7.

How did I like it compared to this run? Performed great, look at the previous UOA. None of the oils used "feel" any or sound any different. I only have one vehicle that uses XW-20. Lots of customers use ASM.
