WIX/NAPA Gold are good filters ... always look cut after use.

It looks to me that your filter could have gone another 2000 miles. IMO, filters by many are underused, and filter better as the miles increase. I would go to at least 6500 miles next time.

Hey thanks for the heads up! Bought one for my Dodge Truck which I was going to replace going into this winter anyhow. Heck of a price on an AGM battery, and much cheaper even then the lead/acid battery I would have gotten from Autozone or Advance.
