Well how many miles are on the existing engine? I agree with all the valve talk. Let it take it's course and do it when it's needed... Just keep them adjusted in the meantime. I might run the exhaust 1 or 2 thousandths looser than spec, like an

Take the good stick and test it in each slot. For that matter test the bad stick in other slots as well. I had a mobo maxed out at 4x1 DDR1, that would no run with one of the sticks in a particular slot. Reconfigure and it would run great. It could

Starts at $16k and that includes AC, keyless entry, an engine that will actually move the car and all the power options. You have the choice to load it up like a luxury car if that is your preference. I've had a number of GM cars, all gave great se

Your belts have Tensioners, No need to worry about manually setting the Tension. Asian automakers were 15 years behind too use Automatic Tensioners.....But they got there!

The brake line in your crusty old truck will break right off when you try to remove the wheel cylinder so by all means re-use the contaminated shoes. If you never use the parking brake you may have to replace that too before you can get it all back

The originally specified oil would have been Castrol Formula R Synthetic, with it being the basis for Castrol TWS 10W-60 when it was formulated in the early 2000's. It is the closest current oil. Paging Doug Hillary, Doug Hillary are you there?
