When i do a drain and fill of my transmission, it takes 3.5 quarts to refill the transmission. I buy four quarts of ATF, and use the extra half a quart to swap into my PS reservoir. I think it's a quick and easy way to keep my PS fluid fresh.

Pronto filters come with plastic over the base end. I think Driveworks do too. I've purchased a few Napa Gold's that were shrink wrapped.

In regards to the OP . . valvoline maxlife is a very very good product. Their line of stuff from conv to synthetics is very strong. I also firmly believe Pennzoil line up is very good. Castrol is outstanding, Havoline very good to. Mof some notes.. V

Air in the brake system will not cause excessive brake drag. You have to take off the wheels and take a look at the sliding pins, how the pads fit or the caliper pistons.

Used plenty of Sil-Glyde on the back of pads, on slide pins, and on contact points (the pads have little "ears" that ride on the caliper brackets.) Pads were easy, so unless they're defective (Power Stop Z16 from RockAuto...) I'd guess it's
