I've tried it with a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter plus my breaker bar. Problem I'm having is the truck is on the ground and I'm not getting a good pull with the bar. I've thought about going to Harbor Freight and getting a set of their magnum 16,000 lbs ramps

lightly hammer a flat punch around the edge of the plug. That, penetrating lube and a breaker bar should be the answer. Good luck.

I would think so. Doesn't Fram claim an even longer duration for their Ultra long drain filter? What you could do if you still have the used filter with 15K on it, is to cut it open to determine first hand how clogged it is, if at all.

Helix is great oil, there is no any doubt about that. But people get hooked up on these marketing tricks.

I'd clean it up and soak it with penetrating oil. Give it a day or so to sink in. Soak it in the morning, then again at night. Then give it a try the next day.
