I'd be curious what a transmission repair would be at an indy shop. Certainly CVs have been a new source of business for them and perhaps they can undercut the dealer by 4 fold.

Consider using a good synthetic oil if you intend to follow the MM. I would just stick with the recommended weight. I use TGMO (Toyota Genuine Motor Oil) 0W20 in my 2014 Odyssey with VCM and Mobil 1 AFE 0W20 for my daughter's 2014 Accord (4 cylinde

Tbird, I do think providers are very aggressively pushing people to the 6 for whatever reason. But I got a nice price slash on a 5s, as it's "last year's phone". And we were short a phone, so waiting around for 6 delivery was going to bec

I don't know why they call it LiquiMoly when they use a suspended powder. As with any solid particle friction modifier, it shears off. From the English PDF: Quote:Colloidal solid lubricant suspension based on molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) in mineral

Sounds like you'll take the depreciation hit, and someone else will benefit from the many years of service it still has left after you trade it. Clearly you have the itch to sell it and you're using the transmission as an excuse. But at least you'l

I burned the ISOs for Ubuntu 14.04 & Mint 17 Mate but my 7 yr old Dell XPS 400 w/XP wouldn't boot on them. Some kind of conflict with the video. I had better luck with Xubuntu 14.04 and will probably install it when I get around to it.

The 5W-40 will be thicker base oil and have less viscosity modifier. Both positive for engine oil performance.

Around 20-30 years, considerably less if they are installed improperly which many shingles are. For three tabs figure 10-20, although I have seen them shot in as little as 5. The longest lasting roofing material is slate, also the most expensive.
