Thanks guys. I too was 99% sure the MRV number was a misprint, although as fdcg27 said, is of little significance considering my location. Oil Changer, your disapproval is noted even though it isn't shared.

Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) - Gasoline Cars/Pickups/Vans/SUVs
Ideally, yes, but if it turns out that PU is being stretched to its limit on these driving habits at 7,000 miles, it's time to find an alternative. If M1 EP will warrant over double that, PU should be able to handle 7,000 in a snap. Pennzoil keeps

Ahh, okay. In that case, the Castrol 0w-40 is hard to beat when on sale, since it is in jugs and does go on sale with the other Castrol offerings. As for M1, my Imperial Oil sell sheet was given some recent, minor updates, and nothing interesting w

It's been a few years since I've rented a car, but it seems like the business model has changed given the costs today. Tighter inventory and even more utilization of the fleet. Unless I was renting a vehicle specifically for the vehicle, I'd rathe

I have to admit that I don't understand the defense of filter media tears. I thought that there would be general agreement that a filter that doesn't have big holes in it would be better than one that does. Folks who don't want to use torn filters a

Go with one made by Denso. Don't know where they are made, but Denso makes very good, high quality parts. And they are an OEM for Toyota and partially owned by Toyota. The OEM cap on my 04 is still functioning properly.
