David Liles Gasoline Fuel Treatment

I was in Lowe's today picking up a blade for my lawnmower and noticed a product called David Liles Gasoline Fuel Treament. Apparently this product contains Ethanol and other additives. I know that Ethanol will remove H2O from the fuel tank, but can't imagine that anyone would want to use it for any other reason. I noticed that it does not appear to be a UCL, though it does claim to clean the fuel system. Has anyone ever used this product? Is it just another snake oil?

Dont need it, ethanol is already in your gas most likely. 10% in fact.

I would say stick to the better additives
