Do any of you have experience with these tires? I can't seem to find any actual reviews online.

I 'm looking for an oddball size, and this is one of the few local choices. Size 175/70R14, for a 94 Saturn. The car is used mostly in the city, with no delusions of "performance" driving. The tires DO need to be decent for use in an upper-midwest winter.

Discount Tire's "Dominator" by Cooper is another option, and gets favorable winter traction reviews--on the Discount Tire site. Would this be a much better choice than the Kelly?

Thanks.

Bacically the same "rubbercoated dishrag" as Walmart's cheap Douglas . Absolute basic tire, no frills or thrills. No real safety/separation issues, just low mileage, poor handling. As a Cooper dealer, I'm inclined toward their housebrand, which used to have 2ply sidewall compared to Kellys 1ply. Cooper product may be 1ply also by now though.
