fleets that use fp products?

I have a friend who manages for rock island distr and they might be interested but they want to talk to the actual people who use it. Can someone give me the info on the fleet sales? Already told them about autorx but he said increasing gas milage is more important than cleaning sludge for his purposes, lol. Will the fleet get better milage? Thanks
