You switched from hours to KM's.
All the number look good.
Copper drop from over 200 into the 20's. You will still be rinsing old copper from the previous runs. Nothing to worry about.

IMO, everthing looks excellent. Hows that new bypass working out? Was it fixed?

No need to worry about driving it off a cliff!

Did you change the oil?

This was just a sample, no oil change.

Bypass system works good now, they gave me a new unit.

Switched to KM's because I realized the qualcomm was company owned, and if I lost it I would lose the hours.

I've been told in fact this is probably bearings.

I talked to the head shop guy at the local volvo dealership, and he suggests a couple more samples, then cut open the filters when I change the oil.

It looks like the Copper was the only thing that was high. Have you recently had any work done to the engine? If they used a copper fortified sealant or possibly a copper type anti seize this could raise the copper level. Oil coolers can also cause high copper levels.

I had the engine rebuilt 3 years ago with an oil cooler.

Last fall I did a valve set.

I'll have to do a few more, see if it keeps going up.
