The recent reports of GC's demise have been greatly exaggerated.
Our nearby AZ has a rack full of very fresh '07 stock, and they keep restocking it. Unfortunately, they also keep putting the same three quarts of AC (that are now six years old and leaking) in front of it.
It may be regional, or it may have been temporary, but GC is still available in many locations.
