I posted this to Avation just in case.
I contacted Texaco directly and they could provide no information on this product they have listed as necessary for lubrication on a VINTAGE Leer actuator (avation). A tag on the actuator reads "use Texaco TG 349 to lubricate the gears every 500 hours" Both Leer Inc and Texaco have no clue. Any idea what to use in this application or does anyone have any spec on the Texaco TG 349 (Vintage 1939-1945?)
Any suggestions will be helpful.
