Front tires worn on inside

what car, and how many people use it.

Needs a proper alignment for sure, but the answer depends on the above.

when driving 1970s cars, I rip the outside edges off, and need a bucket of negative camber

Well, there's pretty much the source of your problem.

When the suspension was dropped, the camber needs to be adjusted to put the tire back in a more vertical position. This will probably take some doing - a shim kit or perhaps a camber adjustment kit.
