I can make you one, but mine is upside down with the gasket and threaded end on the bottom for stability.
The top is cut out, the insides gutted, and a plastic cup insert (from an insulated mug) glued into place. That way only you know it's a oil filter, plus it's user friendly.
The graphics would either be airbrushed on or screen printed.
Hand wash only (rust).
The price will change depending on the cost of the filter, labor, and the amount ordered.
