I've got a 92 Mustang that is a weekend street/autocross/open track car. I'm currently using Valvoline Synthetic with moly but it separates very quickly in the can and in the grease gun, basically making it a giant glob of clay like substance. It's driving me nuts, and the fact it separates in the can can't be a good thing. This has happened to 3 cans over the last couple years.

So I want to change grease, but am not sure what grease to go with. It has to be able to handle wheel bearings under hi temps and I'll be using it in suspension parts as well.

Which grease is compatible with the Valvoline lith base and the best one for the buck performance wise?

Sounds kind of goofy but I rotate my grease. When I put the can back on the shelf I flip it over from the way it was before. My grease gun hangs on the wall, but I reverse the way it hangs also, same with my jar of anti-seize.
