Personally, I've thrown out the half dozen cans of other products I had. I didn't believe a product could be both a lubricant AND a penetrant, this is. It doesn't evaporate off like others. I think anyone who tries it will be impressed.

I'm in the same boat. My dad is a mechanic, has been for 40 years. I've had access to and have used just about anything that anybody has ever made. This stuff is... indescribable. There are probably better penetrating oils. This stuff is *weird*. We ran a Honda generator on it for 30 minutes. I've polished up rusty stuff with it. I "preserved" a motorcycle that is being stored semi-outside this winter in Wisconsin and I haven't ever seen anything quite like it. I bought a six-pack and keep finding uses for it.
It's VERY STRANGE STUFF. I don't know what's in it. I read somewhere it's just Naptha and ATF, but that doesn't seem quite right.

I don't know what it's made of, I doubt what you mentioned is true.... but like you.... there is nothing else out there like it.
