This is the 3rd OCI. First two was with MC factory fill and MC 15W-40. 1st OCI was at 5000 miles.

Fuel additive: Schaeffer Diesel Treat 2000

This OCI was from 08 Nov 05 - 11 May 06 with 6020 miles. 20% was with heavy loads (14700lbs), 10% is with light loads(
According to Blackstone: The PSD is still breaking in. Viscosity a little low, but is common for this engine. TBN still good at 7.0. Stay with 5-6K miles until everything settles down.

My view: It appears that Ford has the fuel injector problem fixed with the '05s. Maybe my MPG will increase slightly more if it's still breaking in.

You say "if not listed it was 0"....the only problem with that is how do we know what element or property was tested and came up 0. Not all Oil analysis labs test for the same things so you should ALWAYS post ALL results even if "0".

Other than iron it looks pretty good (Silicon is a little hi though, might be the Schaeffers?), look more like a 7.3 UOA than a 6.0. When you list heavy loads at 14K+ is that trailer wt or gross combined? 14K trailer puts you at around 22K combined, which is a good load, and has a non-trivial affect when looking at wear metals.

I wish my 6 leaker UOA looked this good. I can't seem to keep the fuel in the cylinders where it belongs, three sets of injectors later....I'm waiting for warranty to be over so I can replace them myself. I wouldn't loose any sleep with this UOA.
