I've been tracking oil analysis for awhile now and thought I'd post them for information and any comments. Here is truck information:
2001 Dodge CTD.
Amsoil 15W 40 Marine Syn.
mix of Amsoil and Donaldson oil filters.
Fullflow only, no bypass.
Moderate to heavy towing of light 8000lb trailer.
AFE ProGard Airfilter.
No other additives.
Filter only changed, and about 1 qt added, at 74,85,95, and 106K. All other intervals had oil and filter changed.

I'm going to move up to changing filter only at 7K, and changing of oil/filter at 14K. You need to understand this was hard for me, since I was raised in the "every 3K" era

. But I'm getting better, honest.

Welcome to the boards, fmj. Are FMJ your initials? That would be one cool coincidence if you were into firearms.
Anyway, down to the business at hand. Thanks for contributing a bunch of well documented reports, always good to add to the knowledge base. In regards to your reports, they look fantastic. Absolutely minimal wear, air filter seems to be doing a great job, and this oil seems like it could easily do 15k miles. I know exactly what you mean about being raised in the "every 3k" era, I still have a hard time stretching it, at least in a vehicle I really care about. My '91 Honda beater on the other hand...
Here's a riddle; why does the iron number seem to jump up and down like that? Not a concern, just a curiosity.

Vettman, thanks for the help in getting the numbers readable. nicrfe, nope they aren't my initials. They do come from firearms background and have to do with a hotrod I have. As for the numbers on iron jumping here what I think, notice I didn't say "know". The low numbers are changing of the filter only, topping off of oil, at 6K (1/2 way thru change interval). The higher numbers are the analysis of oil that I take from oil that is at the 12K mark. Once I take the oil for the analysis, I drain the oil, change filter, etc. for the 12K interval. So the higher numbers are on the oil at 12K. I would assume that if I ran a bypass the 12K number would come down. The only thing I am wondering, is should I still take an analysis of oil half way thru (7K) the interval of 14K if my numbers stay the same? Or should I just take an analysis at 14K?
