Just got the bad news from Blackstone this afternoon. Oil is getting antifreeze in it somehow. I suspected this, as it has been using a little coolant. Will consult with JD mechanic. This is a 1972 John Deere 2520, with 4 cylinder 219 CI engine. Unknown hours, I have owned it 13 years.

40 hours, 1 year on Shell Rotella T 15W40
1st UOA for this engine.

Not bad for 40 hours. I would retorque head bolts and see if AF levels go down from wrt report.

I would also do another drain or flush and fill before next sampling.
