ANY of the soap/water combinations will work ok. Naturally the more soap, less water the slicker it will be.

Silicon spray or ruglyde will make install easy, but may never allow tire to lock in position on wheel. When new tires are mounted they will often turn on wheel during the first thousand or so miles. This may create a chronic loss of balance condition.

Grease or wd40 make install a snap,,,BUT petroleum products will BREAK DOWN RUBBER!!! Ok on an old tire that's beads are hardened and leaking, I'd never use on new tires. Petroleum contact with tube will cause catastrophic tube failure.

Been mounting tires for 30 years,,but sure others know more.
