FL-400S, I'd expect the additive package in both 5W30 and 10W30 to be the same. Even Chevron's 10W40 seems the same ... as I believe it was the first of their oils to show up here with molybdenum.
Generally, I suspect the more obsolescent oil weights like 10W40, 20W50 and the straight weights to have the older additive packages but this is just a suspicion of mine and I can't prove it.
The newer, thinner oils like 5W30 and 5W20 have the most up-to-date additive packages and we know this from VOA/UOA results here on this site.
