I've been watching this board, and was given a couple case of this to try, so, here's the virgin oil sample, done by Shell labs in Atlanta.

iron 1
Chromium Nickel Aluminum 1
Lead Copper Tin Silver Titanium Silicon 5
Boron Sodium Potassium Molybdenum 25
Phosphorous 1163
Zinc 1440
Calcium 1859
Barium Magnesium 26
Antimony Vis CS 40'C 60.0
Vis CS 100'c 11.0
V.I. 179

I'm going to try this in my wife's Toyota and see how it goes. After all, the price is right, Free!

Judging from the VI and the 100*C viscosity, I'd say this is a 5w30. Is that correct?

Edit: Duh. I just noticed you had the 5w30 in the title, though not in the body of your post.

Pretty hefty dose of zinc and phosphorus! I wonder why such a small dose of moly though? That amount probably won't do diddley.

Did you catch the Lab ckecked for Antimony ?That trace seems to say it might be in other Shell formulated oils, dunno?
I wonder how many other oils are using this in formulation ?

Conostan is a Division of Conoco, they make and sell the stuff for the labs to check for Antimony and other additives. However I just read Antimony was a part of the old Babbit style bearings,,makes for more research on this Antimony as a additive
