I have two Honda atv's - a trx 300 and a Rancher 350. I have used Honda 20w-50w (temps are usually between 30 and 100F) but am now considering a higher quality synthetic. Would Redline 20-50( on sale for $5 locally) be a good choice for these motors/transmissions? Thanks for the help!

I don't know much about Redline, but I know that Honda clutches are prone to slip if an oil with too many friction modifiers is used. If you want to use a synthetic, I would use the Amsoil or Mobil 1 motorcycle oils. The Amsoil is around $5-6 and the Mobil is about $8 a qt.
