The dealer told me to use ONLY Bombardier oil.
The service tech said that he has never had engine damage when the Bombarier is used. The oil is $9.00/quart.
Does anyone know who makes Bombardier oil.

I also had a Can-Am dirt bike in which I used the Castrol. I never have had a problem.

You will not void your warrenty by using oils other than bombardier.

I would recommend Amsoil's 0w40:

quote:

AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil is specially formulated for four-stroke recreational motors, including ATVs, outboard motors and motorcycles. It may also be used in cars and trucks. Its broad viscosity range makes it excellent for use in both hot and cold temperature extremes Use in Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Mercury, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Polaris, Nissan and Bombardier motors and transmissions. Safe in wet or dry sumps. Recommended for manual or automatic clutches.
