Kubota Sub-compact Tractors

I am looking at getting a Subcompact 22HP Diesel tractor BX2200. I need something for snow removal, no room to push snow (neighbors park in the way on purpose). My 13hp Ariens is hard to handle and hard on the back.

The prices are reasonable, about 11,400 with the snow blower attachment.

Anyone have one of these??
