Did I goof?

Topped of my 2012 Ford Focus with Toyota Pink Long Life Pre diluted coolant. I noticed the coolant was at the min line and I topped it off to the full mark with the Toyota coolant. Coolant in the car was pink/redish but a quick search shows it was supposed to be a dex cool mix. Any damage or should I get it drained?

I doubt you did any harm....they are both Longlife coolants and you probably only added a pint or so....

Agree with pbm, doubtful the small amount of Asian PHOAT premix will hurt anything.

As far as what's in there now, read the linked thread. From that, sounds like MC Dex which would be spec.

That is what confused me. Dex cool mixed with water turns pink so I added pink Toyota coolant.
