Well, yesterday I saved a 13' Sonata that "jiffy lube" did. They didn't even put drain plug in tight. As a result it fell out. I installed a new plug and OEM filter and it sounded good thank heavens. No longer will my company sublet a oil change on anything to a quick lube.
You guys are over-reacting.
There are worse things in life than quick lubes.

I'm not shocked at the horrible quality of their work, what disgusts me is that these places take advantage of those who don't know any better. Mostly women and younger people.
